การสั่งสินค้า (ภายในประเทศ)

การสั่งของและชำระเงิน
• กรุณาแจ้งชื่อสินค้าที่ท่านต้องการ สี ไซซ์ ชื่อ ที่อยู่ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล ให้ชัดเจน และส่งมาที่ hello@us-n-em.com เราจะทำการคิดเงิน และแจ้งเลขบัญชีกลับไป
• สำหรับลูกค้าที่มีการโอนเงินผ่านทางธนาคาร หลังจากทำการชำระสินค้าแล้ว กรุณาโทรแจ้ง หรือ ส่ง SMS มาที่เบอร์ 085-100-6646

การจัดส่ง
• เราใช้บริการ EMS (ไปรษณีย์ไทย) ในการจัดส่งสินค้า แต่ทั้งนี้ถ้าทางลูกค้าบางท่านมีความประสงค์ให้เราจัดส่งในทางอื่นกรุณาแจ้งให้กับทางเราทราบ
• สินค้าจะถูกจัดส่ง ภายใน 1 อาทิตย์ (หลังชำระค่าสินค้า)
• ค่าส่ง EMS ปลายทางในประเทศ
1-4 ชิ้น ค่าส่งชิ้นละ 50 บาท
5-10 ชิ้น ค่าส่งชิ้นละ 20 บาท
*ยกเว้นกระเป๋า Messenger Bag ค่าส่งใบละ 100 บาท

การคืนสินค้า
• สินค้าจะต้องถูกส่งคืนมาให้ทางเราภายใน 1 เดือนหลังจากที่ท่านได้รับสินค้า
• สินค้าจะต้องไม่ผ่านการซัก รีด และใช้มาก่อน มิฉะนั้นทางเราจะไม่รับคืนสินค้า (ยกเว้นในกรณีสินค้าชำรุด)
• ค่าบริการส่งไปรษณีย์ และพัสดุ จะถูกคืนเฉพาะกรณีเท่านั้ัน

How to pay

• We accept Pay Pal or Others.

• Please make sure your shipping information (name & address) is correct (We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.)

• We ship via FedEx and UPS. (If you need faster service, email us to arrange other service.) Typically orders are processed and shipped out every Monday (not including weekends and holidays) after payment has cleared. Once an item has shipped and left our warehouse, international delivery times are typically between 7-21 business days but can vary due to Customs (your country) and the country’s postal service.

Return Policy
• Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable.
• Items that have been wash is non-returnable.
• Item must be returned to us within 2 weeks after delivered.
• If an item arrived damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.
